Visiting from out of town I like seeing reviews for places to try. The photos of this place were similar to the coffee shop vibes In California so I had to try it. Fair warning I had it twice. The first time I had the pistachio latte; it came out smooth and really good. I also grabbed a honey oat latte which at first I thought came out bad. But once I mixed it , just wow. If this place existed in Cali, the aesthetic and coffee would draw so many people in.

Garden Coffee Co in Brownsville just became my new favorite place on earth. I ordered a vanilla latte and my friend had a double espresso decaf. Everything was perfect. Smooth coffee. Beautiful atmosphere. A vibe that feels peaceful joyful and honestly healing. My friend accidentally spilled his espresso and before I could even offer to pay for another one the owner and staff rushed in with the kind of kindness you do not see often. They cleaned everything up instantly and had a fresh espresso in his hand before the table was even wiped down. They refused to let us pay for the replacement. That alone showed the level of heart this place has. The owner the team the service the environment. It was all heavenly. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Brownsville needed a place like this and Garden Coffee just raised the bar. If you have not been here yet you are missing out. This is officially my new happy place.

This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable, clean and radiating with charm. The service is welcoming. The drinks & goodies are just perfectly made. Everything is appealing, including the volume and choice of the music, I can have a conversation easily. Oh! And the best part is that it’s Jesus based!

I got a cortado to go. It was in a very cute mini cup. We also ordered a heated cheese danish. I highly recommend it this way. The atmosphere is positive. There are swings to sit on and it is a spacious place to study at. Definitely a good place for Christians. Worship songs are the song of choice. The pastries all look different and tasty, compared to other coffee shops. Differentiation is good, especially when there are so many competitor businesses around. I also appreciate their descriptive menu. Many restaurants especially, coffee shops, believe their clients will remember what each different coffee entails so the menu was refreshing to the decision making process. 🙌🫶I plan to come back with my in laws.

I visited this location with my family. I ordered a cheese Danish and a Matcha; my nephews ordered the seasonal drinks, and my mother and brother ordered... I'm not quite sure, haha, I think matchas as well. We all enjoyed the drinks and pastries. The pistachio cookies and their red velvet pastry that my brother and nephews ordered were delicious as well. I can't say enough about it. The lady attending us was very friendly and professional. I would definitely go back to visit when I return to the Rio Grande Valley.

Loved this place. Not only is it open early enough for our 6AM coffee cravings (because who wants to wait until 9?!), but they even offer buckets of coffee! The specialty menu is 🔥, with a big focus on cold brews and creative specialty cold foams, and the vibe is perfectly chill. Safe to say this just became one of my new favorite coffee spots. 🤍

I got the iced pistachio latte it was very delicious 10/10 I shouldve gotten at least one other drink and a food item. Right now they have a large seasonal winter drink menu. So many of them sounded delicious like the gingerbread latte or the tiramisu. The place is the perfect study spot with many tables to sit, with wall plugs, and free wifi. The two swings also make it for a cute photo shoot area.

I love coming back to Garden Coffee. It has become my go to Coffee shop on my day off of work and on Sundays after lunch. My favorite is the Honey Delight Latte (vanilla, cinnamon, honey flavored). I've also tried other lattes like the Pistachio and it's very good too. The shop is small and can get full sometimes, but it's nice and cozy to enjoy a fresh cup of your favorite coffee. I like that you can sign up for rewards with your phone # and when you least expect it you've earned a free coffee. They also have a great variety of sweet treats like cookies, muffins, brownies and pie slices to enjoy with your coffee and they're all delicious. 🩷
